  • 请在付款前确保您下单的所有资料( 名字 / 地址 / 电话号码 )和 商品( 颜色 / 尺寸 / 数量 )是正确的,一旦您确认订单并付款后将没办法做任何的修改。此情况一概不接受退款/更换。Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you are not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything ( including colour / size / no of pcs of the item(s) / shipping details ) is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds / exchanges will be allowed.


  • 基于以下原因,请恕我方将不另进行通知并且保留拒绝或取消改订单的权力:We reserve the right to refuse / cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as :
    1. 下定的商品已下架。Product ordered is no longer available in stock.


  • 下单后,顾客需在2个小时内完成汇款,否则我方有权在无预先通知下自动取消您的订单。若有造成不便,尽情原谅。因为我们的服饰存货有限,先汇款先得。After placing order, customer are required to be complete payment within 2 hours otherwise the order will be forfeited automatically. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, cause our clothes are limited stock, first come first served.


  • 现货订单将在确认款项后的1-2天工作日内安排发出( 除非有特别注明预购的款式 )。Ready Stock Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days ( unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification.


  • 关于本地邮寄:西马 我们将使用 J&T 发货;东马 我们将使用 CITY LINK EXPRESS 发货。West Malaysia we're using J&T ; East Malaysia we're using CITY LINK EXPRESS


  • 若您的包裹发出后没人签收导致被退回,我们将会通过WhatsApp联络您。Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
    1. 重新发出包裹的运费将由顾客负责。如果被退回的包裹是因为我们的失误,运费则有我们负责。Cost for re-delivery will be borne by customer. Royal Village will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
    2. 我们有权拒绝任何关于被退回包裹与新订单和拼的请求。Royal Village refuse any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
    3. 任何无人认领的被退回包裹将会在30天的宽限期后被没收。Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30days grace period will be forfeited.


  • 若包裹有任何问题,请在收到包裹后的 7天内 联系客服处理,逾期恕不受理。If there are any issues with the parcel, please contact our customer service within 7days of receiving it. Any requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
